Is his show funny? I laugh my ass off at his stand up, but have never seen that show he is on.
If you mean Parks and Recreation, they yes, it's pretty funny at times. I don't make a point to watch it anymore but it's got some funny people in it.

Chris Pratt is always hilarious on there. Aziz has his moments of being hilarious. Rob Lowe is funny enough. Ron Swanson is great.
The rest of the characters completely blow. Some are intolerable to watch.

On Netflix, yeah plenty of times last two seasons I've skipped through scenes with Poehler and the dude with the oversized head along with Henry Winkler's kids.
I don't even know who all those people are. Except Amy Poehler. Is the dude with the big head the sassy black woman?
