OKC has been a .500 since acquiring Waiters, including tonight's win..
And one of those wins was a miraculous 4th quarter comeback vs. Utah..
more likeat the idiots that thought the Waiters trade that wouldn't work for no reason at all.
andto all the idiots that think a primary offensive big man can't mesh well with a undersized, amazing D player in Ibaka.

Do you think players develop chemistry automatically? Also, has Waiters performance with OKC been subpar?
Better than Newton
Has Waiters ever developed chemistry with anybody?
He has gotten in fights with teammates in the past and Lebron/Cavs wanted him out since the beginning of the season, reportedly..
I thought LeBron was the cancer, though? Would you like it being a 21 year old, and were picked by many to be one of the best backcourts coming up, only to be relegated to a 6th man, low minutes, etc.?
We aren't talking about Manu. We are talking about a young guard trying to make his mark.
He doesn't seem like a cancer coming off the bench in OKC.
It took a crazy performance from their big three to win tonight. Can they do they for three/four rounds in the playoffs? idk
I was in favor of the Waiters acquisition for OKC, since it was a low risk/high reward gamble. If he somehow lives up to his perceived ability, he gives them that much more firepower off the bench. If he proves to be a cancer, they can easily shut him down and roll with Morrow/Roberston.
Why do you keep trying to make threads when they win? It doesn't work that wait catty. They have to lose for you to make fun of them.
OP doesn't watch basketball..

The Dubs rested all their better defensive players tonight iirc and the game was still close in the 4th. The better measuring stick was Thursday night in Houston and they were terrible, Waiters especially. Their main problem is perimeter defense and Waiters is mediocre on that end at best.

What a stick. Hope the league fines him 50k for being a 26 year old child.
Seriously?Waiters is not a good pickup. The guy's a certified cancer. OKC hasn't exactly looked any better since they picked him up, and I have no idea why they thought another shot-happy egotist was going to fit into their lineup.
