Give Seattle's defense and Lynch to Romo, now that would really be unfair.
Yeah, really...give Dez Bryant and Jason Witten to RW...LOL that would be unfair.![]()
Give Seattle's defense and Lynch to Romo, now that would really be unfair.
Wilson has Lynch
ignore that Romo has Murray, Bryant, Witten, and the best O-Line in the league
DeMarco Murray is pretty damn good, though. Sure, Lynch is the best RB in the NFL right now, but don't act like the Cowboys don't have a great RB already.

Didn't you tell me it's all about passing the football? Well?
So you finally...FINALLY..figured out what's really important, what took so damn long? Did ya see Blount win the game for the Pats?
possibly because i'm in agreement
According to you, it's still all about running the football, three yards and a cloud of dust... yet here you are slurping a quarterback and complaining that he doesn't have enough weapons in the passing game.
Giving Seattle Dez Bryant and Jason Witten wouldn't matter much because they still have Lynch. If you gave the Cowboys Lynch alone they would be unstoppable. There would be no defense in the world that could stop that. Seattle couldn't stop Dallas with Murray alone.
Well, okay, then.![]()
Johnny Unitas had three HOFers to throw to.
Terry Bradhaw had Franco, Stallworth, Swann.
Bart Starr had two HOF backs in Taylor/Hornung.
Troy Aikman had it all.
Joe Montana had Clark/Rice/Taylor/Jones
Roger Staubach had it all.
Dan Marino had Duper/Clayton.
Bob Griese had Paul Warfield.
Jim Kelly had Thomas, Reed.
Otto Graham had a Dante Levelli and Mac Speedie, go ahead, Google.
RW has never had a gang of quality receivers or a stud TE.
I'll go slow....(you can do this)
When ya run the ball you are now in third and short.........ya with me? Now what does a defense do, yep..."run or pass?" Ya getting this? You are also wearing down a defense, as we saw with Blount vs Colts. Now that opens up everything else.
You are able to protect the lead, have long time consuming drives giving your D a blow while beating up theirs. Now think about bad weather games?
You getting it now shorty, let me guess...ZOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!
Russell Wilson is an amazing talent and only a dummy like you wouldn't get it.
Well the skilled players weren't superior athletically compared to today so it goes both eyes. But the game was more physical, QBs were less protected, DBs could play more physical, less WRs went over the middle of the field due to the possibility of getting killed by the likes on Ronnie Lott, Steve A er, etc. I think chances are a guy like RW would have been injured more with his style of play.
But Romo was putting up really numbers before Dez Bryant showed up. Never has played with the number one defense in the league.
You might wanna check out 40 times from the 80's compared to today. yes these guys today are more physically gifted than 30 years ago. Bigger, faster and stronger.
Russell Wilson is without question on a par with Tarkenton and he's faster. Tarkenton is still among the stat leaders all these yers later.
he's lucky to have DeFumble even though he cost us a ing playoff game with his ty ball security. outta here with that .
yeah, just ignore the NFL's leading rusher, and ignore his 25 carries for 123 yards and a TD. lets focus on one play and then act like Murray is holding Romo back![]()
Let's just conveniently ignore the fact that his breakout season came behind the most dominant oline in the league. I saw Joseph Randle break some pretty nice runs behind them as well. 123 yards and a TD......means nothing when I can't trust you to hold on to the ing ball. He carries the thing like a loaf of bread, away from his body. He costs you games with that stupid . This time it was a playoff game.
yeah, the cowboys have the best o-line in the league and an elite ground game
poor romo
An elite ground game wouldn't fumble on possibly the weakest desperation strip attempt I've ever seen. An elite ground game scores on that play where the oline opens up a ing canyon to run through.
And what's your point anyway? Or are you just trying to be annoying?
So just to be clear, you wouldn't consider the league's #2 rushing team to be elite?
It's pretty obvious that Seattle has a defense that Dallas can't match.
Thats half your team and game right there.
Imagine the Seattle offense with a Dallas defense.
That team is not in a SB. No way.
Looks good on paper, doesn't it? And then you get in the game, and your starting RB can't hold onto the ing football and throws a wrench in the whole thing.
