Russell is a passionate man, people love that on the court but he doesn't have an off switch for it. Most people do, and they turn it off at inappropriate times, like during the playoffs. Russ is always passionate, always emotional, and his game shows it as do his interviews. Simple solution: fire him or shut the up.
