And we once against have the 2004-2008 Phoenix Suns and Dallas Mavericks who can run and gun with the best of them but can't play defense.

Hawks allow the fewest PPG of any team in the league. I wouldn't call that ty defense.

both are very good, i wouldn't call them fluky teams. I question the ability of their perimeter players, not to get taken out of games.

Warriors and Hawks are both legit. I had the Dubs as my #2 seed this year and everyone on Spurstalk thought that was hilarious.

Mavs defense has been legit since 2006 tbh. There were intervals when we might struggle a bit defensively but overall we've been on a whole different level in defense compared to the Don Nelson era imho.

GSW is the next overrated team. Gets beat up when they meet real teams like SAS/OKC/MEM
IMO these teams have a good chance to win the west: DAL/SAS/MEM
OKC is the dark horse.
LOL Memphis cannot win West without an upgrade at a wing spot who can create besides Conley.
They already got Green, although overrated, can fit pretty well in the starting line-up. Takes minutes less from an aging Carter, this way Carter can be more efficient when he gets to play. I've said this before, if Memphis manages to dodge the Spurs then they can win the West.
Depends on who they end up facing... lots of teams playing fast, fast, fast right now, but when the playoffs come around, things slow down a lot and that's Memphis game...
Memphis would knock out Por, Hou and LAC but I don't see them beating GSW okc or SAS.
