Biggest bust in NFL history
If he doesn't have the starting gig secured at the close of next season, he's gna get cut tbh
Biggest bust in NFL history
Anyone that's been paying attention can see that the whole organization is in turmoil. But writers know idiots wouldn't flock to their stories if they just gave his official position instead of calling him ' the guy who drafted Football'.
The media is treating y'all like re s and y'all just eat that up.![]()
they fired the offensive coordinator and QB coach one year after taking a QB in the first round, tbh
No, actually ownership was trying to get involved in the playcalling during the season. Shanahan left voluntarily bc of that. The 'guy who drafted Football' was the QB coach...the QBs played like , ownership pushed for Football when coaches didn't think he was ready, etc
But I understand, it fits yalls narrative to make it seem like Football caused their departures. Keep it up.![]()

What is your point here? Do you think JF is where he should be, behind or ahead of schedule? How do you think he played when given the opportunity? Does it concern you that many of the limitations concerns held before the draft have played out (his speed not being enough, taking hits, injuries)? Do you think he has attempted to correct the concerns/image since being in the league?
Agree with this 1000%
the day he got drafted by the Cleveland Browns it was over. Never had a chance.
Read through this thread for my opinion on the image thing and the 'Football Time is Here' thread for my opinion on his play.

The Browns are always in "turmoil" because they keep making dumb decisions like wasting a draft pick on Inbred![]()
goin down with the ship just like DMC in his Curry thread
FkLA already in the same boat as VY supporters... except at least they had a couple of years with some success mixed in
Yeah, the ship is going down after 6 quarters ing re s...
If he ends up being a bust Ill call him one. My disappointment won't prevent me from being reasonable about the situation. Too bad the same cant be said about re s that dislike him tbh.
"There is a reason he is here, that is, he texted us"![]()
He was drafted with too much publicity. The ultimate responsibility falls on the Brown's ownership. Johnny will get a thorough chance to fail.
As an aside:
I wish he would get his act together. The coaches that mattered clearly said he was unprepared, not unable. The guy was really a lot of fun to watch in college, despite the appearance of being a spoiled brat. To think that Jerry was even contemplating drafting Manziel over Martin is just nuts. The Cowboys got a future all pro for years to come if Martin stays healthy.
Citing nearly 20 Browns sources, ESPN's Jeremy Fowler and Pat McManamon report Johnny Manziel exhibited a "year-long pattern" of lacking commitment and preparation to football and a "continued commitment to nightlife" during his rookie year.
One player called Manziel a "100 percent joke." Team security reportedly found Manziel "drunk off his a--" the morning before the Browns' season finale. He was fined for missing a treatment for his injured hamstring and spent the Week 17 loss to Baltimore in Cleveland's locker room. During his first NFL start, "Several sources said Manziel either didn't know the plays in the huddle or didn't call them correctly." Sources also told Fowler and McManamon that since-departed OC Kyle Shanahan preferred Jimmy Garoppolo and Tom Savage to Manziel as a 2014 draft prospect. Fowler and McManamon claim Manziel still has some "support in the (Browns') building," though it's mostly "on the business side."

I just thank God in heaven we drafted a rookie All-Pro over this drunk
This dude is getting so much for two games lol Jesus get off his nuts it would be hilarious if he comes out next year and has a crazy year.
its more than just his horrible play, its everything off the field too. basically every possible red flag from his college days has come out in his first year in the pros
Seriously, I have no idea wtf cat life is talking about. The entire city of Cleveland hates this guy and for good reason. He's an alcoholic, he has thrown away his career for the drinking and pussy. There's two kinds of guys, guys that can get the job done and still make time for the fun life and guys that let the fun life destroy everything they worked for.
