    I agree, regardless of who we bring into this recruiting class I think Heard still has the best opportunity of starting once the compe ion wraps up and it's game time in the fall. Not to say we don't need a QB in this class but folks act as if it's Kyler or bust. Heard is as accomplished in his own right we just need to see what the results of a RS year looks like on the field.

    Just a prediction based on Macks visit to Texas. The fact that it came from an Auburn guy is pretty big because he originally cancelled a visit to Texas because of them. Things are trending positively for the 'Horns quite obvious things aren't final until NSD.

    A lot of people were claiming Gentry was scared of compe ion when he de-committed, but I believe offensive fit was his concern. If Texas is truly moving forward with a spread option type of offense, Gentry made the correct decision playing for Harbaugh. Even if Texas' offense wasn't changing, I couldn't blame him for making the switch.
