Looked good in a blowout against a mediocre defensive team..his energy and athleticism looks nice, as expected, but his jump shot is what matters..hopefully he can make them at the pro-level, would be nice to have a backup 3/4 option..
If he hits jump shots in a an acceptable percentage, he could be a Malik Rose lite

Great individual defense. Should cut down on the unnecessary fouls.

He's got a very quick second jump. Should serve him very well.

Finally, I like the fact that they are trying to have him play the 3. He's too small for power forward, but has good length for the 3.

could have plenty of minutes coming up. Every team in the next 6 games (save for LAC) is at or below .500. Assuming he gets a second 10 day deal he could have some garbage time minutes.

Daye also looked good when we signed him and look what happened..
Different players physically, Green is bigger, stronger, faster, more explosive, etc.
At least he's a threat defensively to block shots, rebound the ball, clean up the glass, Daye was none of those. Idk if he'll pan out, but I like him more than Daye and Errors, that's for sure.

Wonder if this guy has a little Draymond Green in him. Similar size and game?

Don't see enough to want his deal extended. Franklin being back in the States means there's someone else the Spurs should try out before committing to one guy.

Would prefer a move of Ayers for a true backup SF, and let Green take Ayers spot.

Glad to hear he's on the way out.

He had one good rebound, but spent his time hiding in the corner.

What is strange is it seemed like the Spurs tried to keep him & it didn't work out. It wasn't a Spurs just cut him deal - it was a can't agree to terms deal.

He might have a more guaranteed offer from another team, NBA or otherwise.

Yeah, he probably had a better talk with another or felt he could get better offers.

Which team do you think he fits in best with(assuming he stayed with a decent role)?
