Besides it's not like Irving got a lot of help from his teammates.
Irving made 17 of his 36 shots for 55 points.
The rest of his teammates made 17 of their 49 shots for 44 points.

Gotta give Kobe credit. There are very few players who were drafted in the teens, rode the bench their first few seasons, and then hoodwinked the media and HH37 into thinking they were a top 10 player when they were a notch above AI and a notch below Paul Pierce. It was a great scam, tbh. I think The Rape was all part of the plan. Pretty sure he didn't force himself on Katlyn Faber, but paid her off to sell the story so his name wouldn't be overlooked while he was running Daddy off.
