idk why this forum is so jealous of Wilson and the Seahawks. it shows how succesful theyve been i suppose
I don't get the idea of people being jealous of the new-age Dilfer. He's not good enough to warrant jealousy.

is wilson supposed to apologize hes on a good team?
Nope, as long as people like yourself don't give him undue praise for riding the gravy train. Let's revisit that "value" topic when he gets paid.

Wilson is a top 10 QB ... that would be a commonly held view in NFL GM circles I imagine. its just hilarious people are bashing on a top 10 qb for not being a top 3 qb and for having a stacked defense.

He threw one of the worst picks in SB history (if not the worst), marinate on that for a bit--then get back to me on those 1st and 4th stats. Don't come back till you do
Marinate on RW is the only QB in history to play in two SB 's in just three seasons. He's already more successful than Jim Kelly who plyed in how many?

What elite QB's have nothing but non drafted receivers?

The responsibilities of a QB is to win games, there is QB in the leagur who hsd a better first three seasons that RW has had,
Brees was putting up 5000 yards with a 7th round pick and a undrafted FA as his leading receivers as well as an undrafted FA as his leading rusher.

He's being bashed for throwing a 1-yard interception that lost Seattle the game, and rightfully so. You're an idiot, and this is why your people are relegated to cleaning our ters out here

people are hating on a guy whose 1-1 in first 3 superbowls and got paid 860k this year..
meanwhile Manning got paid over $15m the last 3 years and accomplished less.. its weird, but can only be due to the current dominant run of the seahawks

4, none of which he had the luxury of playing with a historically great defense who did all the heavy-lifting throughout the playoffs

No its just about a couple of posters (not you) who praise RW no matter what. He does deserve a ton of praise for what he's done, but some posters don't know how to put it in perspective.

that was worthy of a 100 page thread? the jealousy is obvious on here of a winner and a winning franchise. The main story of this game is more so the historically bad playcall that cost te Seahawks the game. Dilfer doesnt make half the throws a d ays Wilson makes.
    word of advice.

    don't bother

I've made 100 posts about Kobe, Duncan, Robinson, Shaq, Yao Ming, Robert Griffin etc too--this is a sports forum and the SB was just played. Again, you're an idiot.

How about he steps off the NCAA fields to the NFL's and starts every single game becoming the NFL's al time winning QB (after three seasona) sets records, and plays in two SB, something no third year QB has ever done?

The list of Hall of Fame QB's who had far inferior first three seasons to RW is a long one.

now you're into analyzing quarter by quarter instead of game as a whole

Flacco was 13-19 for 130 yards and no TD's as the 9ers stormed back in the 2nd half of his superbowl win. why did he get SB mvp?

had Wilson not made that throw, and Lynch ran it in for the won... there would still be threads on here berating Wilson. Im siding with my Avante on this one boys... Wilsons a winnerPERIOD.

January Joe Bags didn't throw an interception that entire postseason. Struggle threw 4 of them in the NFC le game alone, and that's not even counting the Super Bowl-losing pick

that entire postseason was only possible because Denver had a monumental collapse

falling down on a hail mary
manning throwing a pick in his own territory

if not for that colossal choke and miracle hail mary, that was a one and done

He's really not just a read option QB. Yeah they run some read option, but he's a West Coast/Pro style QB from his college days.
