1 call they did miss. Everything else was called correct.
Even when he was missing them it was a least something he was getting to the line. On a bad night he was still aggressive. Tony got the crap knocked out of him and they were no-calls. One they showed the replay in the arena and Hawes has his whole hand over his face...no-call. I think he decided to stop trying to draw a foul and gradually got less effective.

idk what is happening to him in this area. FT shooting seems to be more mental than age or fatigue related.
He had this same disease in 2012-2013 season when he was clearlly out of shape. But now he seems well and even when he started the season shooting 80% on FT he has suddenlly started missing a lot.
Hope he uses the ASB to regain trust in his ft shooting.
Had a good game today but damn, this can cost is playoff games
It has to be mental at this point, don't know how you can go from an automatic 2-2 at the end of games as a vet of tourneys and le teams to missing them though? I figured he would have ice in his veins from all of that combined? I guess it can happen to anyone.
tbh, I'll worry if it gets to this...

His style of play will lead to free throws but lets not pretend that he is James Harden, Manu is 3rd on the team in FTA. Unless he plans on solely being a spot up shooter and no longer attacking the rim then he'll need to figure out a way to make them.
I like how you edited the coaches and refs reaction.![]()
what do you mean? I found the clip on the interwebs, tbh
I'm pretty sure you know the background to this clip but the ref told tony to wait or something and then tony took a replacement shot.![]()
I think the miss counted though...
No it didn't.![]()
Manu is missing a lot of his free throws bacause several of the Manuhaters have 2 pins on the left arm of their Manu Voodoo dolls.
he's an old man. Everytime he's sent to the line I just already give up one of the FTs. So I don't get mad anymore tbh.
Maybe I'm remembering it wrong but it seems big name Spurs have always missed key free throws. Going back to the Admiral. I don't know how many of those were key playoff games but it seems like him missed so many key FT's at end of games.
