I find it ironic that Paul is being labeled "sexist" for criticising her, when in actuality, the people who hold her to such low expectations in the first place are the ones who are being bigoted.
The Clippers were getting their asses kicked by Cleveland... they can talk about the refs all they want, but the simple fact of the matter is they were getting their asses kicked fair and square, and that's what was pissing them off.

You would think after seeing the comments this game would be a one point game or something. It was a blowout lol
Anyone know the last time an NBA player who has said "this might not be for her/him?" Sure you could make the argument that it's a shot at how new the ref is, but if we haven't heard this kind of talk before, it's a gender thing.
sorry brah, basketball reasons
I'm okay with the equality things since I think I'm pretty fair to most people, but what pisses me off is how the feminazis make it all about them even with the slightest hint of inequality.
"OMG MEN ARE PIGS THEY WANT EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM!!"
"FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHTS, WOMEN!!!"
"MEN, STOP OBJECTIFYING WOMEN!!!"
"IT IS OUR VAGINA AND IT IS OUR CHOICE!!!!!"
"MEN WHO DISAGREE WITH FEMINISM ARE FAT VIRGINS!!!!"
"DON'T TEACH GIRLS TO DEFEND THEMSELVES, TEACH THE MEN NOT TO RAPE!!!!!!"
"WE NEED MORE WOMEN IN MANAGERIAL POSITIONS EVEN IF IT'S NOT MERIT-BASED!!!!"
Get laid or something you stupid pussy holders.
And by the way, feminism used to mean something. It used to mean that women would get equal treatment as men. It meant more opportunities for women to shine and show what their worth is in the world. Now it's just a hollow word that manly-looking lesbians use to make themselves feel good. It just means trying to take everything from men without having to suffer for any consequences.
As a woman, I totally agree. What - can you not criticize the ref because she is a woman? That is sexist. What pronoun was he supposed to use to refer to HER? And then you have the ref association getting all offended like she cannot take it. That is sexist, too. The NBA should handle it like any player criticizing any ref and nothing more. The whole point is supposed to be that she is no different. She should have put on her Big Girl panties and said that this is not the first nor will it be the last time that a player does not agree with her call. By her being quiet and letting everyone else fight for her, SHE is perpetuating the stereotype.
My bad. Included a "v" at the end of the link by accident...

Tbh how often do players criticize refs? I didn't hear any complaints from CP0 after getting screwed by the refs vs OKC last year.
Freedom of speech even for a black man is a vanishing breed, eh?
That means you care.
Jesus ing Christ, you're in more need of recognition than anyone I ever met. You walk around with your "look at me" banner waving it before the disinterested crowd.
Nonetheless, I'm markin' the spot.
He's a basketball player. he don't know talkin' good like me and you, so his vocabulistics is limited.
No he's one of the greatest that ever walked the face of the earth!! Winning in the playoffs is SOOOO overrated!! (blue font not working)
too ing funny. I don't think CP3 said anything that bad but the liberal PC types will throw a fit.
i love this crusade of yours.
Bingo.
As bad as a ref may be I don't think I've ever heard any player or coach imply that said ref had chosen the wrong career path. I hate feminists with a passion but it really sounds like he said those comments because of her gender. The funny thing is Paul was having a fit because the Cavs were ting on them all game long, what a that guy is.
He was fined $25K, no different than if he had complained about a male ref.
Sissy liberal cucks
But, but, criticizing a woman is sexist!!!

NEW YORK (AP) — Clippers guard Chris Paul has been fined $25,000 for criticizing an official after Los Angeles lost 105-94 to Cleveland.
The penalty is in line with others the NBA has levied for being critical of officials. Paul was given a technical by Lauren Holtkamp on Thursday night and afterward said the call was "ridiculous" and seemed to imply that one of the NBA's two female officials may have been in over her head, saying "this might not be for her."
Paul later clarified that he was only upset with the call made by Holtkamp, who is in her first full season as an NBA ref.
The call happened when two Clippers players were inbounding the ball. Paul appeared to say something to Holtkamp and was assessed with a technical.
