I have noticed it as well. He pretty much never complained before this season and he now complains after almost every action in the lane.

Someone like KD deserves no respect, gets all the calls- someone like KL deserve all the respect, gets none of the calls.

17.5 / 8.5 / 2.7 per 36 minutes with 2.3 steals, 0.7 blocks and just 1.7 turnovers / 2.2 fouls this season. Shooting is a bit down this year but better as of recent and is 49% / 37% / 80% for his career.
Marion was 17.9 / 9.3 / 1.9 / 1.9 / 1.0 with similar 1.7 / 2.5 turnovers/fouls in his age 23 season. Through his age 23 season, shot 47% / 32% / 83%.
To me, that counts as matching. 19.9 PER this year vs. 19.8 in Marion's 23yo season. Not to mention that Marion only played in 13 playoff games his first three seasons. Kawhi's seen 58 and has a Finals MVP.
It's hard to criticize him since he's the Spurs Golden Boy but he has been whining a lot. I don't like it unless he ends up getting star treatment bc of it.
A trend I hope he stops, I never been a fan of player whining. Just play the game dude, don't worry about ty refs.
