i dont agree with op much but . an 8th or 7th okc would be the scariest low seed in recent memory. at least with the 2011 grizz or 07 warriors, nobody saw that coming. a low seeded thunder is an uncaged tiger no top seed would wanna tame. if okc became 8 and spurs stay at 7th it would be the worst year to be a top seed
