Yep, young still and after the All Star break, he must be tired as all man
I was joking tbh. The "no legs" comment above mine triggered that response.

been like that since his rookie year.

what's amazing about kawhi is that his overall raw numbers increase significantly after the all-star break...It's amazing.

He can't dunk now either... weird. He looks to have lost all confidence offensively.

I think it's cause he's playing for his hometown crowd, tbh. It's weird. Never seen him this rattled. I think Pop should keep him out there for defense though.

Just an off game. We miss his defense...kind of need him in there to wreck havoc, but they aren't guarding him.

Again, seems more like a quality of shot thing. Dude is not ever going to be an efficient first option. At best, he'll be Melo-lite on O. The Spurs will definitely need two more dominant offensive players after the Big Three leave

I'd give him the benefit of the doubt. It's his first year as legit option.

But yeah, of course we need other dynamic scorers after the big 3...Duncan, Parker, manu would ever win anything without other dynamic scorers in the team.

What I don't understand is why Pop is so inlove with Kawhi ISO's...I've never seen him in a horns or zipper situations this year..Just ISO after ISO...So he's numbers is always going to look bad.

Lol. I'm not a member of the CoK. I like Leonard and think he's a max player. But I don't think he should try to be a first option. He's just not efficient enough when he creates for himself, and doing so severly limits the type of roster that can be built around him. The dude's a piece to the puzzle, but not the main piece.

Sad to see, really looked like he was going to explode this year. He's only regressed.

So you're upset Pop hasn't accepted that Kawhi is just a role player?

The players also don't know how to play with kawhi as the center piece. They just stand there. No cuts, no picks, no multiple picks, no passing it to kawhi in his sweet spot and passing it to him when he is at the 3 point line only. No reentry passes.
They actually make it 2 times harder than other first options out there and he still shoots just as good as them except maybe harden or durant or lebron.
I don't see you blame his teammates for a part of his inefficiency. Even with all the struggles he is still going to be the best player for the spurs this year in the playoffs. Bet on it.

    Translation:
You have to set up Kawhi for easy baskets
... But he's not a system player tho

Guess that makes everyone in the nba a system player except kawhi.
    Lebron a system player.
