Which is quite a bit better than 0-11. Math is fun.
So many of you think that, because you can find a more extreme example of poor offense, the player in question is innocent of charges. That's not how it works. KL is a defender first and foremost. Marco is a shooter, anyone here could score on him at will.

Spurstalk really is a hole these days.
No he hasn't.
Everyone wanted the Spurs to just cut Jefferson. I don't want Del Negro cut, the just should never close out games unless he's shooting hot.
What use is Del Negro when his shot isn't falling?
what use is Patty?
Well he's usually pretty good at drawing fouls, but I basically agree with you about him. He shot 50 percent from three point range and filled up minutes in a winnable game. So when Duncan hits more threes than Mills and Leonard combined and the starting backcourt outrebounds the center rotation, Beli's simply not the biggest problem on the court. I understand the vent, but the timing is questionable when there were other things that contributed to the loss.
Hopefully KA will get some minutes and isn't being recalled just for team camaraderie.
cancernelli doing cancernelli stuff
Patty Mills last night 1-7, 1 assist, 2TO
Marco Belinelli last night 4-9, 3 assists, 1TO
2014-2015:
Mills - 8.6ppg, 38.9%
Belinelli - 9.8ppg, 44.1%
Marco has brought more to the table offensively than Mills, yet continuously gets ted on. Haven't seen anyone mention Mills' poor play all season.. Oh and they are both equally bad on the defensive end. So that can't be used to Mills' advantage.
He should've got traded. He's unplayable because of how bad he is at defense.
No you weren't
OK that part is true
belinelli ing sucks when he isnt hitting shots. thats a problem for a pro basketball player.
Marco is playing great tbh. Keeping the game close. Without his shooting we are in a 20+ pt hole.

Mills was matched up a 6'5 200lb Crawford last night, guess you're gonna blame Mills instead offor that genius decision. He was obviously over matched with the small ball lineup, Pop continued to play him.
Mills is actually a passable defender and one of the better defensive PG's in the NBA, he gambles and creates turnovers with his pressure defense, like he was this game against Curry. Belli on the other hand is literally one of the worst defenders in the league.
Mills can penetrate the defense with his speed, move without the ball, break it down, creating mismatches and opportunities for others, which won't show up as assists.
Belli is a 1 dimensional shooter, all he can do is camp out at the 3pt line, he brings no real defensive attention, when he gets the ball all he can do is freeze. Can't penetrate to break down the defense, can't move without the ball, he's slow as and the offense pays for it.
The only way he can create separation for himself is through fakes, and that's it, he brings nothing of real value to this team.
Why the we didn't trade for Afflalo? Is RC drunk and think we can once again get away with Marco in the rotation and with Manu has to have big responsibility????
Do you even watch spurs games??
Yes, he gambles and plays pressure defense, sometimes he gets burned, many times he forces the player to give up the ball, like Curry this game. Mills did a great job against Curry today, especially compared to Parker
It also shows up in the advanced stats as well, he is one of the better defensive PG's in the league "advanced stats hurt my head doe"
Yes, what he's doing is not special, he is not a threat when he penetrates. He is not drawing any defensive attention whatsoever when he does, he's slow which also allows the defense to recover, just predictable all around. It's easy to defend.
5 pts - Mills
2 pts - Parker
he's the reason everything is going to .
He's playing well on offense, I'm not going to complain, his shooting has been helping a team that really needs shooters, at the moment..
However, his presence reminds me so much of the Roger Mason-era Spurs..he'll score, but just having him on the floor is essentially surrendering on defense, he's one of the worst defensive players of this era..unfortunately, he was even better in last year's regular season, and he was still a massive liability in the playoffs..
It's the same script as last year, so far..Green struggling to shoot, Pop starts cutting his minutes in favor of Belinelli, the defense suffers and Pop doesn't realize to cut Belinelli out of the rotation until late in the 2nd round of the playoffs..
