    I think some teams take that championship experience crap seriously. They think by bringing in some scrub who played on a le team that its going to magically transform them into a winner. The other reason is he's a hatchet man to commit dirty plays on opposing teams.

    Perkins is a casualty of a transitioning, advancing league, tbh..

    He was a really good role player, a coveted piece by most teams up until 2010, while teams were still running slow-paced, grind-out ISO ball..unfortunately for Perkins, the game changed in 2011, and his stock went downhill in the 2012 Finals when Miami's small-ball, skill-ball exposed his lack of speed and skill..

    If you put him in the 90s, he's probably a top-tier C, tbh..
