OAKLAND.- It wasn't the bests of starts for San Antonio after the All Star Game recess, which splits the regular season in two halves. The Spurs suffered two consecutive loses and could not consolidate the improvements they displayed in January.
Last night, Golden State Warriors beat Manu Ginobili's team 110-99 at the Oracle Arena and ratified why is currently the best team in the NBA, with an unstoppable Stephen Curry, who's headed to become the MVP of the league.

- Are you optimist, with about half the season left to be played?
- There's a lot of time left and anything can happen. I don't think them (Golden State) are relaxed knowing we or OKC could be their potential rivals in the playoffs. When that time comes, everything changes. What's real is that we need to improve, regardless if we finish with the 4th seed, 8th seed or 1st seed.
- How do you revert the situation after these losses?
- There are no secrets. We have to give more important to each and every possession, pass the ball better and start hitting shots, which is something we couldn't do in the last two games.
- Nowadays, it looks like Curry is a step above the rest of the NBA (last night he was the star with 25 points and 11 assists)...
- He has a lot of talent and attacking is easy for him, he looks like he's playing at a different level. It's a combination of a lethal 3 point shot with ball handling that makes it look like he could do anything he wants. Plus he makes everybody play and he's having a great present. Truth be told, they're all playing with a lot of confidence. They're young and hungry.

Great at ude. Knows we have to improve. Like the idea of him saying the Dubs are 'not looking forward to playing OKC or the Spurs in the first round'...."when that time comes, everything changes." Hope he had the 'eye of the Manu' when he said it!
