Both Parker and Kawhi's FMVPs could have easily gone to Tim, and if he was such attention like sidekick, they probably would have. He's so ing good that he doesn't even care.
Kawhi is not Durant and never would have been selected missing 20 games tbh. Also the coaches vote for the reserves, not the fans. And honestly there is still an argument to be made that Duncan is still the best Spur. Not saying he is but it's definitely not cut and dry, certainly debatable imo
