Can't win every quarter you play tbh. But to answer your question...defense sucked. Dunleavy was shooting the 3 well, MVPau was getting easy baskets, and the Bulls got several and-1s.
But, 3 out of 4 ain't bad doe.

I believe the same alarm lady has been persistently working my neighborhood for the past month. She kept telling me I had an old "mainstream" alarm that needed to be replaced. She almost had me, but then I said to myself, I've had this alarm for 14 years and never been burglarized. I think I'll keep what I have.
Even after I told her "no", she kept at it. I'm usually a nice guy, but I had enough and kicked her out.

Tbqh, our paint Defense was horrid the 3rd and 4th. I'm glad we won, but I was agitated the amount of easy buckets given up. The Bulls were able to hang around virtually all the 2nd half. But Parker and co had an answer every time it got to single digits. Its good to see the Offense coming along. The Spurs best ball is yet to come.
show all those other coaches and GMs how antiquated their offenses are.

It's i guess common for this team. Last year, they would overwhelm teams in a quarter, maybe 2 and really stretch the lead. Last year, it seemed like that quarter was the 3rd, and more times than not, would give up a high scoring 4th. They come at teams in waves when they're at their best. It's tough to play at such a high level for 4 quarters realistically. So while a 38 point 3rd sucks, the 39 point 1st half sort of makes up for it. Big leads make just about any team a little bit more complacent.

It's actually easier to play D when a player ball hogs. Defenses only need to focus/key in on one guy. Luckily for us, Parker was on fire and Bulls' defense couldn't stop him.
Better question, what kind of person creates a thread to pose a question and then posts his own answer to it an hour later? Why not wait the hour, watch the quarter, and not spam the forum?
