Of all my life living in San Antonio/South Texas; this is a truth bomb here. The most blatant racism I have seen has been from white Anglo people against Mexican American and blacks(middle class, upper class), and white Hispanic people against Mestizos and other Mexican Americans and blacks coming from Latin America/Mexico(white Jews, Euro Mexican fresa gots). I been to a lot of countries. But the truth is in my experience the most racist people on earth are Jews and White Nordic People from pred Nordic countries.

If you're mexican or black move to a bigger city, dress like a ing adult, speak proper ing English, and show up on time, and those bigwig white racists will be fighting each other to hire you. Truth. They care about two things, money and job security. These days it's extremely beneficial to hire minorities so when one walks through the door dressed nice and well spoken they might as well dump all the white resumes in the trash. It's game over. This is especially true for high school students going to college

I come from a successful white Mexican American Tejano family(I own a ranch and small business) and have never had any racial or discriminatory problems. I'm just telling you'll from what I've observed in work places and in my business ventures with other people. I've golfed with other rich pricks at la Sonterra and have heard how they refer to dark people. I hear everything because lots of white people assume I'm Anglo(cause I got red hair and green eyes) when I'm actually MA/Hispanic. I've always been in the background just observing and hearing everything.
