I don't think the Spurs fear any team in the NBA. Therefore, finishing the season with a high seed is not as important to them. What's important is playing better and improving.

In some ways, this route presents a new challenge with the realization that there is very little room for error. Concentration needs to be higher from the get go. That sort of at ude will help them punk the home teams early on in a series. I guarantee you, no one will be hoping to face the Spurs in the playoffs.

If I had it my way, we'd go up against Houston, Memphis, Golden State and Atlanta in the playoffs. That would be an epic run to #6.

I think the Spurs are going to get the 3rd seed. I'm not sure how its going to play out behind them, but I hope Houston drops to six. I would love to see the Spurs play Houston, Memphis and Golden St. on the way to the Finals. Playing Cleveland would be great but it will probably be the Hawks. Man, its tough even typing that. The Hawks! Good job Coach Bud! COY

Who do you see coming out of the East? I have no issues with the Spurs continuing Lebron's nightmare.

    not yet. not yet.

As I said before all we need to look forward in the rest of the road trip is to not get an injury. Get back home, Pop needs to summon his re ed assistant coaches and decide on some serious , the players need to go home and decompress. the first 5 games of the home stretch next week will decide the season.
    boom

Eh...more like Fizzle, Hater. While you were saying "not yet, not yet", they started a 6 game win streak which really should be at 8 now. Its say to safe the season has been turned around and the boys are on their way to getting the 3rd seed. Portland is dropping quickly and Houston will follow close behind them. Dallas, despite their close win over a depleted Thunder team (No Durant or Ibaka) is a joke. Manu's out for a bit, but the Spurs will be fine.

mmm I still believe the Spurs turned around after they got home. Pop called in his band of idiots and they probably figured something out. Something clicked imo. (especially for our parker)

actually where they are right now would be ideal. Play Portland 1st round and winner of grizz/Dallas 2nd round. that would be ideal. but yeah, probably not going to happen.

    Wish List:

    1. Golden State
    2. Memphis
    3. Spurs
    4. Portland
    5. Clippers
    6. Houston
    7. Mavericks
    8. Thunder

    Round 1: Houston
    Round 2: Grizzlies
    Round 3: Warriors
    Championship: Cleveland

I want to see the Spurs play the Rockets in the playoffs. I can't stand Harden and Howard. They deserve a beat down.

I've been just as disgusted as everyone else with the way the Spurs have been playing lately, but I believe these losses are going to fuel a run through the playoffs. Hopefully, it will be a manageable course and the Spurs will repeat as Champions for the first time in franchise history.

The team we've been watching lately hasn't lost their Basketball IQ. They are the same players who know what it takes to win a Championship. I'm calling it now. The Spurs will turn this thing around and make another memorable playoff run. Tony may never return to the same form he had last year but they'll make do anyways. Once they establish a rhythm and gain some momentum, look out. It's going to be a return to having fun, making plays, shaking this funk off and getting the "W"'s.

    Let's do this.
The Spurs lost 4 straight after the all-star game to fall to 34-23 and there was an epidemic of cliffjumping around here. This guy was able to see the future...

Win or lose tomorrow, the most important thing is that they found their mojo. I just want to see a healthy Spurs team get LOB #7. That's right, I said #7. I turned the tv off early.
