I once posted a thread about how wrong it was to let young USA servicemen go on liberty in those foreign ports without any explanation of what to expect over there. How could some young kid who wasn't far from high school know anything about the streets of Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, Olongapo, Tokyo? It's a whole other world over there, totally different than small town California.
I talked about how when I was over there at 19-21 in the early 70's I knew nothing at all about the sex slavery thing, who would? You walk into a bar over there yep at 19, not ever thinking about the ages of those working girls, why would you, where I came from ya had to be 21 to even be in a bar.
