The fastest time a high school boy ran was a 10.20, ok? And, a ton TON of HS boys ran faster than a 10.80.

In 1964 Bullet Bob Hayes ran a 10.06 on a shoddy dirt track at the Toyko Olympics. Last season on these superduper tracks we have today the worlds fastest female ran a 10.80. And they are gaining?, no they aren't.
And, that 10.49 female WR was ran back in the 80's, no female has come close to running that since.
