Wasn't boring if you watched BB. I know some people don't have the attention span for character development, but those parts that you typically think of as "boring" almost always have implications down the line of the show and contain important pieces of info.
8 episodes in and the biggest thing that's happened is Saul put up a billboard as a publicity stunt. It blows and is just riding on BB nostalgia.
I like the show personally. Has it's own feel and he's a great character.
lol that's as far as I got too. I liked BB but watching this new show, I was playing on my phone about halfway thru. I wonder how long until AMCuck reboots BB with the exact same cast and writing and calling it new?![]()
so you gave it 30 minutes and you were done? I think I gave BB 2 full episodes before I added it to the DVR list. 30 minutes?
bend over, I'll give you 30 minutes
Lmao. Well done.
Did u watch it on netflix? I feel like shows are 10x better when u dont have to wait a week to see what happens. I really liked season 6-7 but hated 3-5. But the ending was ...way too dramatic and re ed.
I watched the first two episodes. Almost fell asleep during the second one.
They couldn't wait to get inside the stout walls of this housing development...once in, they done nothing but sneak out and roam the countryside.
That's what they are used to. But they also still have a seemingly safe place to go back to so they don't have to worry about zombies 24/7
In TV it makes sense---in cold reality it's embarrassing. But, lets face it, it's been on, what 5 years and I've yet to see one character peek behind their self, ever. & the engagement of the zombies is self serving to the production team and I guess viewer demand, the allocation & subsequent waste of bullets just maddening.
Finally, if I were "Rick" it woulda taken one of those bullets to make me get into that monkey suit. WTF did they go there?

Someone in the comments mentioned no Father Gabriel in any of the scenes so guessing he dies off pretty soon
Trailer = all human conflict and in-house fighting, no progression toward learning more about the zombie apocalypse, and the zombies are now just background noise.

I ain't gonna lie. After seeing that trailer, the show looks so got damn ty. It's like a reality tv show now with the 90210 moniker.
I'll probably watch the spinoff prequel though, even though the trailer for that one looks ty too. "hey, we keep shooting this guy in the arms and chest and he doesn't die" "shoot him in the head" "no, I want to shoot him in the chest a few dozen more times".
New season in 5 minutes nigs
So when Fear the Walking Dead was on, we saw tons of military weapons and vehicles. Why don't we ever see that on The Walking Dead? I know they are in the south and in the boonies but there has to be some abandoned military weapons and vehicles. When I saw that pit of all of the zombies, I asked "someone needs to get some C4, grenades, rocket launchers, or flame throwers and light those ers up. I definitely called it on Ethan Embry. I knew that pecker wasn't going to last.
This seasons first show tonight had more action and personal conflict than any last year. I hope they keep
it up...
I can't see where they said "Fear the Walking Dead" was one of the top watched cable
shows ever. I thought the shows dragged enough that people would dump the show by the 4th
episode.
Really good episode...this is what is missing from this show. Character build up is not this shows strength...its not like Game of thrones or Breaking Bad where you wanted to really see characters develop and know more. We know enough about those who matter, its time for to happen
The black and white scenes for the past and the color for the present was a nice touch. It was a good season premiere. I wonder who blew the truck horn at the end.... the "wolf" guys seem like the frontrunners. Did anyone else notice the guy spying on Carl when he was sitting with that young hoe?
