It's got to be Avante's lists.
Franklin is terrified to ask out the LG. Why should I read one line of them....
Actually....my fav....Avante's poems bout Kool. "Cherry Boy" is a must read tbh....
Franklin's poems
Avante's lists
Franklin's pained tributes to the goddess?
or Avante's senile lists?

Jesse Owens got a bit lucky in 1936, his major rival Eulace Pea was injured. He'd beaten Jese many times in the 100, so I can't have Owens here.

that's an Avante poem. not a Franklin poem or Avante list.
Avante's vast knowledge of music lends me to believe that he is an archivist or researcher for The Library of Congress…I think he just posts that he is a retired guy in Riverside CA to throw us off…
Franklin’s sappy poetry to Goddess at times is hysterical…
Soo I guess I read both...![]()
We need a poem
she was tall
lean and black
had an amazing ass
and drove a brand new
Cadillac
she gave me money
bought me nice things
kept me in beer
and diamond rings
she said she loved me
needed me bad
said I was by far
the best she'd ever had
there she is now
picking me up again
damn I got it good
makes me wanna grin
Anytime you're into anything for over 50 years you're going to know your stuff.
I do have a ton of that Library of Congress stuff. Here's one that stopped me in my tracks the first time I heard it, an amazing recording. It was done in a church in Clarksdale Miss in 1942.
I tried to read one of Franklin's poems once...
