Its not sudden, we have owned them since 2011
Technically the Blazers are guaranteed a top 4 seed, but since they wouldn't have HCA if #5 has a better record than them, they're really guaranteed a top 5 seed.
Its not sudden, we have owned them since 2011
I know. But they're still the 3 seed and held the 2 seed for almost the entire season.
So did Portland lol
clippers have had a recent cupcake schedule of all terrible teams, but i'm expecting a few losses in the next week or two
Of course, 2 plays 7. I really need to lay off the cold medicine!![]()
Houston Vs Dallas is more interesting anyway.
We essentially need to run the table to have any shot at the 2/3 seed and we can maybe lose one more and have a shot at the 5 seed. Margin for error is gone.
Yup! But take that leonard injury out of the season and the Spurs are locked at that #2
spot! Maybe even competing for that 1 spot.
We now control our own destiny with Houston (after their loss tonight vs the Raptors), if we run the table, we will finish ahead of them

Damn that 2 seed can be had! Wow!!
This brings up a good point: where would the Spurs likely finish if they close out 9-0? Obviously ahead of Houston due to tiebreakers. I bet the Clippers lose at least one, probably to GS, and the Blazers too. The Grizzlies are slumping somewhat, so 9-0 for the Spurs could very well result in the 2 seed.
I still see something like 6-3 or 7-2 as the likeliest possibility, with either the 3 seed or #5 with HCA over the Blazers.
ing kings sat out Cousins for "rest" seasons and they don't even have a back-to-back. Dumbasses. They might've had a shot to beat Memphis if they tried.
Memphis has 3 more losses coming, if we can just win out, we will pass them
^^ Memphis has an easier schedule than the Spurs, tbh..
While it's true that if the Spurs win out or win most of their games, they will finish ahead of all these teams, but even with this current win streak, it's tough to believe that this team will win all their key road games..every time we think they have turned the corner, they blow a game they should win..
Need Suns to do us a solid tonight
I highly doubt the spurs steal 2nd seed. Even if they win 8 of their next 9...but there is hope.
This next b2b is going to be huge. The bench need to step up because I see Pop seating some starters against Orlando.
@ Orlando on a back-to-back(Magic have the talent to play spoiler if they're hot on that night)
@ OKC
home to Houston on a back-to-back
@ Houston
home to Golden State
Those are some tough-ass games for the Spurs, tbh, minus Orlando if the Spurs are focused that night(which hasn't been a given, this season)..
If the Clippers win @ home vs. Golden State tomorrow, I'd be stunned if they don't finish at #2 with their easy-ass schedule(and they have been on fire lately, albeit against bad teams)..
Not even concerned.
Stay healthy, get some rest, hone the blade.
We will be fine. No need to win out.
Wow the Suns suck so damn bad![]()
