Can you believe that just a few years ago some in here were making the argument that racism doesn't exist anymore in these good ole USA

The college announced that the individual has been identified as a result of its investigation but the person's name has not been released.
What, if any, punishment the student will face remains unknown.
"The student is no longer on campus," Duke spokesman Keith Lawrence said in a statement. "The student will be subject to Duke’s student conduct process."
The racism toward Obama has given the resident racists something to cheer about lately...pity we can't take them out and shoot them..

It exists but it's not as rampant as the media would like you to believe or as they'd like it to become.
Mouse claims the noose is simply a Chemtrail.
I'm not sure that we can blame the M$M for this, at least not to the degree that we can blame right-wing media....they have made it ok for people to post racists pictures of Obama, his wife Mic e, and their daughters...now I'm not saying that they openly support this type of behavior on social media, but they certainly don't do anything to disavow this type of racism when it helps their political ideology...

that works both ways. there are just as many racist blacks.
The media would have you believe that all white conservatives are racists. and all white cops. If a black kid was taught only by television, there's not doubt in my mind that he's gonna have a chip on his shoulder. Blacks and whites work together all over the country every day but that doesn't make good news.
The difference being nobody supports black racists....while many non-blacks don't support racism there is still a big chunk of non-blacks who do..

The U.S. is probably the least racist country, tbh.
what's a "big chunk"? I doubt it's big in terms of %. And just because black racists aren't photoshopping doesn't mean they aren't just as venomous. I'm sure if you could decipher their tweets, the content would bear me out.
He could just be insensitive and have bad delivery of a joke. Overusing and redefining the term is just going to make it lose it's meaning, rather than allow the "open minded" self righteous to bully their views on people.
But even if he is racist, that doesn't mean america is.
