Steph and Klay can be likened to two people who have suddenly been blessed with superpowers and while they are putting it to good use, they are having a hard time controlling it against tough adversaries.

That responsibility ultimately falls on Kerr's lap and I think for the most part he has been doing a superb job at it. Everyone around them is significantly better than last year. Even Barbosa's dying career has been given a shot in the arm because of Steph and Klay.

But that's not even enough because the real deal starts in two weeks. He needs to ensure that his star duo's newly-acquired superpowers won't be their undoing in the playoffs.

Their undoing will be exactly what causes them to act like dip s (and what annoys a lot of posters on here): their discipline. When 's going well they'll be acting tough and beating their chests, but when they drop a game at home and have to go win on the road they'll fall apart (or go chuck-happy, which will them as well). Kerr is a rookie coach; there's a reason no rookie coach has ever won a ship: he doesn't have the experience or sway with the players that even coaches like Scttie Brks have. In two years or even next season this team will be ready to win, but this iteration just doesn't have the mentality they need to win.
