Sure. I'm pretty proficient in Photoshop. Don't know much about website architecture but I could provide the images to integrate.
Use weebly. It's all drag and drop blog style. You won't win any awards on style but it's free and you can port the site over. Free photo hosting too.

Depends on what highlights you post.
The NBA does have a YouTube account that is free for public use though.

That's going to be huge in terms of traffic and content..But you're probably going to miss out on possible income streams, IMO.
Not that worried about that. I'm not sure I'd invest enough time to have a real income stream from the site. We should chat a bit later today and see if anything makes sense.
I just think it'd be a great site for Kawhi fans
Also any highlights that's posted in youtube under public use is free of use.
Some youtube videos won't work in a different site if it's meant for youtube viewing only but GD highlights, NBA highlights and many other highlight channels is for public use...

Google 'WordPress themes' and look at the images. WordPress pretty much has a bunch of pre-created website themes for people like you or me that don't know about website design. Wish I had screenshots but I had a pretty good looking website a couple of years ago but I gave up on it bc it required a lot of writing/video editing and became really time consuming.
The theme I had supported youtube vids. Would be perfect for your site imo. Plus your idea is good enough that all you would have to do is embed the youtube highlights and maybe link some Kawhi news/articles, so it wouldn't be all that time consuming for you tbh.
