He's packed on a few tbh. He does the post-game show for the Lakers with James Worthy sometimes and he looks like he's filling his retirement time with lots of eating, tbh.

I used to work with his cousin at the Navy base in GA. I had him get me an autographed jersey. FYI, he hates the name "Big Shot BOB" he told me call him Big Shot Rob or Robert, lol.

Very cool dude, down to earth and so clutch throughout the years man. That shot vs Detroit made me cry

I actually think "Big Shot Bob" was coined by Tim Duncan as he was playfully mocking Horry, calling him "Big Shot Bob" and "Big Shot Bobby".

I met him at a club while I was on leave after deployment. I was housed and kept telling him "I love you man, you're my favorite Mr. Horry". I forget what club though I want to say it was somewhere near San Pedro. Super nice to me despite my drunken fan boy ways.

The dunk was just as historic as the 3. I remember the second he took off I thought no way that dunk was going in. Dude was ice cold clutch in the playoffs and annoyingly bad in the regular season, the opposite of Matt Bonner but of course he was always more athletic and a better defender and just a better overall player.

Hakeem is kind of like a Sandy Koufax or Pedro Martinez. Didn't have the longevity but there was a 3-4 year stretch where he performed like the greatest Center of all time. Dude had nobody on that first championship team in 94 when they won it all. Max was their 2nd best player....almost like LeBron winning it this year

Well that's Kinda true Houston Spur Fan but, I went to TSU in Houston during the Drexler, Micheaux, Olajuwon era which was magical. If you remember...... Olajuwon established his dominance at that time. The more he improved the more dominant that team became.....And the thing was they won on talent...And not necessarily basketball IQ.... And I think most honest basketball fans would agree that there was a 3-4 year stretch in the NBA where Olajuwon was unstoppable (Unbeatable).... Witnesses....The Spurs.... that year he used the dream shake on DROB.....I still quiver when I see that video.

That shot made me leap out of my chair. So awesome.

    Other Chair springing shots:

    1. Sean Elliott's Memorial Day Miracle shot
    2. Kawhi Leonard's Follow Up Dunk of Patty Mills' 3 pt attempt in 2014 Finals game
    3. Kawhi Leonard's missed Dunk attempt on Birdman's head in 2014 Finals game
    4. Manu Ginobili Dunk on Chris Bosh in 2014 Finals closeout
    5. Manu Ginobili Dunk against Phoenix Suns in OT in 2005?
    6. Manu Ginobili Dunk on 3 or 4 Lakers in reg. season game
    7. Kevin Willis Follow Dunk of Danny Ferry 3 pt miss against Lakers in closeout road game (2003)
    8. Tim Duncan's pre Fisher's .4 make ..down here for obvious reasons
    9. Steve Kerr's 4th 3 pter against Dallas in 2003
    10. Steven Jackson's last 3 ptr in closeout Championship game in 2003

Man, the Spurs have been good to us in the TD / Ginobili / Leonard era.
