For a few years there Kobe fans had some good arguments. The Lakers were going to the finals, Kobe was an active participant in the league, and the Spurs were starting scrubs like Richard Jefferson and Roger Mason Jr. Now they got nothing except "Kobe has more money". It isn't even worth reading anymore.

Ok, this is an honest request to all STers, so please hear me out. It was my deep love of basketball and the of the spurs that first brought me to this site in 2004. I was hooked almost immediately and impressed by the insight and knowledge of many of the posters. There was typically no reason for me to join in the conversation, as my thoughts had usually been articulated by someone else. I was perfectly content to sit back and enjoy the discourse. Post count is meaningless to me, trust me, I've been visiting daily for over a decade. We are currently facing what promises to be an entertaining and intense week of basketball, the playoffs are around the corner, and the Bestern conference is better than ever. However, I no longer log onto this site with the same enthusiasm. Rather than finding "lively and entertaining" discussions by other knowledgeable and passionate fans (spurs fans or otherwise) it's usually mindless drivel like this thread, obviously created by a complete moron. Of course, other morons such as Koolaid boy can't wait to join in, obviously idiots think alike. As for the rest of you, I'm asking I'm asking that you resist the urge, no matter how great, to respond to these buffoons so that their threads disappear from this board. It's just a request, but I'm asking all intelligent posters, please....ignore pathetic attention seeking trolls such as this. P.S.
