Well, but Sean said Kawhi must have had the ball in his hands in that play against Harden after he scores on him the first time.
The next play was very similar but even when he demanded the ball, Tony tried with Tim and the Spurs didn't score.
For the record I don't talk about the Baynes' play, that pass was the right decision.

It seems like Tony and Kawhi can't coexist as offensive tandem.
When Kawhi gets the looks Tony doesn't play good, when Tony is playing great Kawhi doesn't get the touches...
they can't handle the truth around here tbh

He played good but far from amazing. An amazing PG would of come out looking for the best player on the team. Kwhi was playing terrible early but got it going by himself midway through the 2nd. I think 1 of his made fg's came with an assist from Parker. Parker was clearly trying to show he had it for some reason tonight which is fine but I don't know why he would do that. That's some Kobe type . Parker played good and I'm glad he made buckets but I don't like the way he went about it. A win is a win though so I'm happy about that.
The amount of double-think backtracking I-cant-prove-my-predisposition gotry in this post is so glaring. Just admit you're a huge got cliffjumper every year and all your takes suck donkey s. You've never been right about anything, and that trend continues with your HH-following-Parker-sux schtick which you idiotically tied yourself to.

    Let it go.

An amazing PG recognizes mismatches as they unfold during the game. In this one, it happened to be Parker vs a 38 year old who was never a good defender to begin with.

    You're reaching here. Just stop.

I don't like how they were disrespecting CoJo here talking about Tony instead of give some props to CoJo's D, tbh.

The kid did a really good job and deserved some recognition.

He (cojo) did a great job tbh. And that's the way it is around here. I have yet to see any of his fans step up and say he (parker) cost us the game but 1 good game and he carried us and is the reason we won. I'm not trying to put down Parker but I don't like that he took so many shots. Glad they went in but Kawhi should never have less shot attempts than Parker. Just my opinion.

Dang Parker plays well, cojo plays well, and their small minds are blown. Probably gonna pull an all nighter complaining about the win.

Not sure, if it happens when the PG is an amazing scorer or score-first player.
Tony didn't recognize the favorable matchup that Kawhi had against Ellis in the post in all Mavs series last playoffs.

Why are you so mad? Is your tiny penis syndrome so bad that you have to come online to feel better about yourself? That's sad.

watched the entire game. gots around here can't handle truth takes, tbh. Its kawhis team now. Takes 10 shots in the 1st half. and its pretty embarrassing that parkers good game came against a scrub older than him.

Why are you so mad the Spurs won with Parker leading the team?

    That's "sad"

Do you "feel better about yourself" when the Spurs lose and TP sux?

    Explain pls.

No reason for Parker to chuck 10 times in the first half. None. Sean even called Parker out a couple of times in the 1st. And iirc we were down 8-9 when kawhi took over offensively and cojo took over defensively near the end of the 2nd half. You are giving Parker way too much credit. We've been blowing teams out by double digits with him ting entire 1st halves away. He did good tonight and I'm glad his shots went in but it's a set up for failure imo.

They're going to show the game again in an hour or so. Re-watch the start. Parker hit two shots in the paint to start things off - a floater, and a short jumper I think. Nothing wrong with that. Kawhi was a little shaky to start. He committed a needless foul on Harden, then missed his first fade-away, then a bad pass for a TO. Parker kept driving it and getting layups or very short jumpers - it looked to me like he was just taking what they were giving. Parker dished to Danny for an easy one, then he dimed Duncan for the alley-oop. Green assisted Baynes, and Leonard missed his next two shots.

So for 7 1/2 minutes to open the game, Kawhi just wasn't feeling it. And Parker had taken most of his shots (not all, but most) from about 3 feet or less. A couple of minutes later, Pop gave Kawhi a breather.

When Kawhi came back in, Tony wasn't on the floor - CoJo was at the point. Parker came back in the game, and 17 seconds later Kawhi scored. Then Kawhi took the Spurs' next shot, and scored again. Seems like Parker gave him the ball then.

The Spurs' next three shots were layups. None of them were Kawhi, but I can't fault Parker when the team is getting layups - no matter who shoots them.

I don't know what to tell you. That first half didn't look to me like Parker was a black hole or anything. I know Kawhi didn't take a lot of shots. I'd have to go back and re-watch, but I think he got more touches than that, couldn't get the shot he wanted, and gave the ball up.
