So you and your fellow soldiers get to take some liberty in Hong Kong, a little R&R before heading back. So you/they aren't buying the bar girls drinks and when they ask....we go short time? You/they tell them...nope...?

I totally agree, the thing is there are no 12 year old girls working bars. They must have a work permit, you must be 18 to get one.

I'd be beating everyone, weeks would go by and people would hear about....this big good looking guy on Jeopardy kicking ass. As the weeks became months, here comes Letterman, Rolling Stone Magazine, Playboy does an article. I start being called...."Dustin"....yep, Rainman. After a year of demolishing all challengers I get a call from the President he's wanting some advice on how to handle problems in the Middle East. I'm being asked for autograph, girls are tossing their panties at me. Corporate honchos are vying for my services. There is talk that I might be an alien, because no human could know all that. Coke, Nike, Viagra, Red Bull, Ford, all wanting me hawking their product. The Pope asking for my blessing.

Avante, you're full of on this one. Former Navy here, stationed in the Philippines, and went on several liberty calls, all over Asia. Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, etc... There was no system in place for the bars to make sure the girls working there were 18 years old.
Do you really think a 15 year old could pass for 18? How about 13 year old girls? How many of those did you see?
Why not talk about how sex was what you/buddies did over there with nobody concerned with age at all. How old were those girls?
Yea, pretty easy. Some 15 year old, American, girls could pass for 18.
So why this need to be 18 if these bars hired 12/13 year old girls?
