& there's always the argument with Girl whether to leave 0, 1 or 2 dollars for the tip.
The introduction of "servers" who you're expected to tip at restaurants where the customers stand in line, get their own food, take their plates to their tables themselves and go retrieve additional food for themselves is the biggest scam in restaurant history.
Never been to a "Sizzler." I go to the Outback Steakhouse when I feel like a great steak, and lobster.
