It's only one game. Did anyone think we were going to sweep all the way to the finals? We played the worst that we possibly could and but for a play or two could have made a game of it. We will be fine. Play inspired d, move the ball, shoot with confidence, hit FTs, limit TOs and hopefully the lid comes off the basket on lay ups. That sounds like a lot but we all know that this team is capable of fixing those things.

He did the right thing most of the game keeping green on the bench. Also, you're not going to stop cp3 with cojo so you might as well concede that and play mills because at least he can get hot and shoot you into the game. Manu played great in the 2nd and didn't play the rest of the game it seemed like.

Spurs were shooting 31%, 26% from 3, and 57% from the FT line and the Spurs were only down 6 at the half. It didnt get out of hand until the late 3rd and yet they still cut it down to 9 pts in the 4th qtr...

I think they get 1 at home and lose 4 and 5.

We won't win game two if Pop is out coached again by Rivers.

If Spurs get some ball movement they'll get the Clippers on their heels. All the Clippers need is see a Spurs run that puts them down 10 points, that's when the chucking starts and technical fouls are issued. The series has just begun, Spurs will regather and bring a better effort next game. Tiago being gimpy is a big problem though, because the Clippers are too big and strong for Baynes who's ok but not polished enough on either end to be a threat.

Clippers just held serve as expected. If the Spurs lose Games 3 and 4, this series is over.

Rivers definitely took away Leonard on those double teams. But Pop will probably just have guys kick the ball around on that and slash to the rim.

I wanna see what he does different with the PnR.

Yeah because it was Rivers' great coaching and Pop's bad coaching that made us miss FTs and shoot like from the field

That was a great game plan by Rivers. Hopefully Kawhi will start making the defense pay or start attacking much earlier.

It was Pop's great coaching that pulls your backup point guard who gets your team back into the game two games in a row, for your starting point guard who keeps stopping the ball and over dribbling.

I hope Parker gets his together we need him.

Until the Spurs lose a game at home, pressure rests squarely on the Clippers, including in game 7 at Staples.

Need Tiago at least 20 minutes. Without that, no way to defend Blake and they'll steal one on road.

put a pain killer in that leg.....if Ibaka can do it than so can Splitter....that's because I think Ibaka injury was more serious

Very disheartening loss. Spurs were absolutely outclassed in every way. I think the Spurs lose this series and the reason will be Splitter. Couldn't be a worse time for Splitter to be having chronic injuries considering this is likely the last year Spurs will be compe ive at this level.
