You people make me sick. One game? Seriously. No the Spurs are not guaranteed to win the series but I have been watching these guys since the 90s. They lose game 1 sometimes. They've come back to win the series plenty of times.
Things I liked about this game: Patty, Marco, Tim looking pretty good. Not ready to give credit to the Clips D yet. I think we had some good looks and they just went in and out. If Paul and Crawford don't go ape every game and we can limit Blake to below 25, and just play our game, this is a whole different ball game. I think the law of averages has to take effect in a seven game series. As someone else mentioned, this reminds me so much of the Hornets series way back. We won that one. Keep the faith. Believe.

Also, the clippers are good. The knocks on them are inability to handle pressure, lack of bench, and generally failure to maintain discipline. But they have a of a lot of talent. No big harm to admit you played like and the other team won. This isn't like the Knicks game where scrubs went off

Paul will eventually choke but Crawford actually will go ape every game unless the Spurs do something to stop him.
They could tank. Kawhi says, "I'll sign but I want out" spurs agree. Probably takes a three team trade where spurs get young assets, third team gets role players, clippers get kawhi.

A ton of good looks and good shots rolling out. Even Danny missed a FT. They couldn't miss I think any other night they collapse once we apply the pressure but last night was their night.

I bet Miami felt good about themselves in the Finals after taking game 2 from the Spurs ... I do not think its comparable, but the Spurs now only won one game too ... hopefully they can continue their home dominance of the last few weeks.
