Sure it does. You don't approach people on the street like that. Yeah, but the guy had a right to say something like " off prick" and I'm not even shocked at the guy walking away with his money and saying " you prick I could buy you." I had no issue with those guys.
The guy at the end was sinister in his comments, someone like that is not a good person and you know that or at least you should. Someone like that is the guy at the office trying to get his enemies fired or up to no good at all times. I have had bums approach me throughout my life with signs and what not.
