    Agree with the Kobe comparison. Despite Phil's rings, I can't accept someone that bitter as GOAT material. Funny guy and good coach, but still overrated. Plus his style is basically mind games + triangle + top 10 talent. Pop blows him out of the water as a visionary and communicator.

    The big difference between Pop and Phil is how they command respect and the respect they give back. Pop's assistants genuinely love him and that's because never stops pointing the credit to his assistants. Plus even his ex assistants seems to have a good relationship with Him..PJ, was at his 1000 wins party I think.

    He does have a god complex, overrates himself but I think that's more the wealthy nutjob religious got in him than anything to do with basketball. He was probably a prick even when he played.
