So much respect for this guy.
He sees a 'star' who is really a cancer and benches his ass.
If only Pop had the balls, tbh.
So what idiotic franchise is going to pay this cancer next season?
He's not just a cancer, he's turning 30 next season and has stunk since his ACL tear / since Boston unloaded the cast he supported. 40% shooter and all he does well for his position is rebound.
Cancer takes time to kill and can be cured. He's more like Ebola - tears you apart quickly and 90% death rate (though arguable with proper first world medical care).
I was shocked when rondo played to start the 2nd half in game 2
Barkley called him out today, saying, "He was disengaged" (not trying) in a playoff game and should be pulled from the team. He was and Carlisle apparently has said he won;t be back with the Mavs--and Rondo agrees.
Apparently he's gonna try to claim an injury and get a disability ruling for additional money.
It's a shame. Rondo was really the only player on the team playing worth a damn lol.
Jim Carrey doesn't play around
If it were a real injury he wouldn't be "away from the team." He'd be on the sidelines in a suit to support his team. Truth is Carlisle booted him like Pop booted S. Jackson.
Nothing raises question marks like a player that quits during the playoffs. No team should sign that coward and no player should want him as a teammate.
This guys is a loser. Kenny and Shaq didn't agree with chuck on this one. They defended rondo and wrote it off as a bad game and put the responsibility on the coach to engage the player. I'm with Chuck on this one. You get paid big bucks to play bball and you are in the playoffs and your team is depending on you. Very unprofessional to come out and give no effort. Pop would have done the same thing.
Just a little while ago I was driving listening to some sports radio show and the guy was saying the Lakers are interested in Rondo.
