Tbh, I kinda hope LMA stays in Portland. For the most part their fanbase is pretty legit (looking at you twosports), so it'd suck for them to go back to irrelevancy despite the fact they've kinda been there for decades.

We didn't get swept. And we played the Spurs better than anyone outside of Dallas.
That's right, you guys won a game. It was a struggle for you healthy against a bad Rockets team and you got absolutely destroyed by the Spurs with your best shot. If that was your best, then you clearly aren't a contender.

24 points, 17 points, 15 points & 18 points. That is the margin of victory in the 4-1 series vs POR last year for SA. If that is playing the Spurs well, again, I don't think you can say they are contenders. Even when healthy, their best was no match for a legit contender.

Huh? Other teams made it to the WCF and ECF. Heat were contenders. OKC was a contender even though they were more injured than you guys. I'm saying, you said POR played the Spurs well when in reality they were not in the same world. IF that is the case, you can't call them contenders. They aren't anywhere close to the best team and struggled with even average teams.
You might want to check the scores of those other series.
I did. POR wasn't even a contest. They got absolutely destroyed. You can't be a contender when your best shot lands you down 4-1 with no game being even close. Plus, like you said, that was when you were healthy and you rarely are. So you've seen POR's best and it wasn't good enough. You've seen the injuries. You still want to bring back the same crew?
Do you think Lillard is a true piece to build around? He seems to not have only regressed badly, but he's driving LMA out of town. Would you rather LMA or Lillard?
