I'm not sure where this Splitter hate comes from. Can someone explain this for me? Because I'm pretty sure Splitter being a starter is one of the several factors responsible for the 2012-to-present renaissance of the spurs.
The idea of trading him for the rights to draft a rookie who at best projects to be a replacement-level big man but could also end up being an enormous bust is not just ludicrous but actively insane. Luckily online fans don't control the personnel decisions of the spurs' front office. If they did, the spurs would be known as Knicks west.
Splitter has been a walking injury and he gets injured in moment we can't even pin point just not in the lineup the next game. He takes forever to heal and for his balls to drop. Plays scared till he's 100% not going to get younger or healthier going forward.

I have never seen a player his age sitting out so many games because of "soreness". Wish he would nut up though because when he isnt being a little he cab be a pretty damn good player.

no. That guy has an even worse inside game than splitter. And at least tiago can play elite nba level defense. Not to mention the fact that Kaminski said last year that he wasn't even really interested in playing in the nba. He's going to be a bust. Let a loser organization like Sacramento draft him.
