I understand the move and I actually respect the old school defend your teammate mentality. But that is 90's basketball, this is the soft era, none of that here without at least a game or two suspension. Pretty sure Crowder had a concussion

By far the most dangerous intentional move I've seen watching the NBA. When you get hit without seeing it coming, it can be fatal if you fall on your head the wrong way
Olynyk had a move that he probably didn't mean to be dirty, but it was dirty nonetheless. When you do something like that, you have to realize that injuries can happen.
Obviously the JR Smith play is dirty.
The best part was Jr Smith saying "It wasn't intentional" after the game. Dude just happened to throw a haymaker right into Crowder's face
Smith deserves a 5 game suspension, Porkins 2 games. Smith will probably end up with 1, Porkins 0.

Dirty play, should at least get a 5 game suspension but will probably be handed a 2 game suspension by the league.
Both Artest and JR are a volatile mix of stupid and crazy. It's not really possibly to know the intentions of a mentally ill person. The Artest incident netted him 7 games.

Perkins for 2 games, Jr Smith 3 games. Generosity. They won't suspend him like they would Calathes because they don't want them to lose the series.
The Celtics had build up of anger after the Cavs kept pushing them to get their offensive rebounds the entire series with no call of course. The ratings for that series were probably awful parallel with the assumption they weren't capable of getting past the Cavaliers. They truly weren't given a chance to prove their valor.
So they resorted to this on Sunday. This is the first time in a long that I've seen a team with the balls to go out and injure somebody. It was kind of like that guy who elbowed Lance Stephenson in the neck.
