and if he continues to brick?
You gotta live with it, and appreciate his defense. Said this in the Grizz Portland thread, Tony Allen is one of the best perimeter defenders in the game, he cant shoot for yet is a big piece to Memphis. Danny is in more or less the same levels in defense only that when he's not in a slump he's one of the best shooters in the league.

Watching him chase Red and Crawford around is pretty painful and he does a pretty horrendous job but the dude is BIG TIME offensively. No fear.

Yeah he's been pretty damn good in this series. And I havent really cringed when he comes in, mainly because he's making good decisions on both ends of the court. His 3 to start the 4th was huuge. Big props to Marco

Bruh, I know DG is one of the best defenders in the league. I'm just saying a little mix up could catch doc off guard.

Belli was huge tonight. I hope he gets more burn in game 6. Say what you want about the guy, but he's got the biggest cojones of anyone on this team not named Tim, tbh.

Dont need a mix up when you're up 3-2 and primed to end this fest at home imho.

Well let's hope Green knocks down some 3s, tbh.

Yep never been a fan of Beli but he's been fine in this series. He's hitting shots and that's all that matters.

Last year he was great during the regular season but quite bad for playoffs (still hitting a few big shots though). This year he had an up-and-down regular season, but he is much calmer and more confident so far in the first round. Seems he has found his niche in the team, and you can tell that he plants his feet well before those long shots.

He's been a million times better than last year's playoffs, so far..hopefully he keeps it up..

I also like the way Pop has been utilizing him..Marco is best suited for short stints where he can make some shots when the team needs somebody to go off..
it also helps that the clippers are by in large terrible at SG/SF

He gave us a solid 15 mins... made every 3 he took and 2 assists...

For some reason, I haven't seen the Clippers go at him when he's out there, and he's been quietly contributing...
Clippers are a great matchup for him with Barnes or worse at the 3. We can get away with those 3 guard lineups.

Ferrari is on a mission plus he's the most cold blooded spur we have besides Duncan.and Mills

I always knew he would come through. Not a surprise imo

Yeah, considering his defensive limitations, Marco's played fantastically.

Marco's pump fake, side-step escape dribble is the best in the business. He does it with great patience, balance and control. Impressive.
