Dan Cook died?? . Been in LA 20 years. He was the OG. RIP
Yes John, sadly Dan passed several weeks ago in a bizarre falconing accident. He was 167.

We all know this, but yes they can still win. The Spurs need to take 6, because I don't think they'd win 7.

It's over. The Clippers are too mentally weak to win 2 straight. Don't get me wrong, they are a damn good team but they aren't championship caliber.

Your 8th post was by far your best. I've been following your ST career, you're a superstar in the making. Just an awesome, eye-opening take

Lets get real. The Clippers were unlucky and the refs made calls helpful to the Spurs. The next game will be close and the old men of Spurs are more likely to be tired and faded. Pop has made his career out of the big 3 and simply is a believer in them (which has paid off in the past). He will not adapt by using the bench other than as support players for the big 3. He uses his experience to get stops on the opposition by instructing payers to commit intentional fouls (which should be policed by the dumb referees not by rule changes). If the Clippers can pull off the next game they get to play again at home. Pity Pop didn't keep 2nd position on the ladder by not using his brain to subs ute players in the last game of the regular season. He may pay for that big mistake bigtime. All the best for the Spurs but it aint over til the big lady sings !!!
    you

People on this forum went to have an early celebration of the spurs moving on to the next round.

That is extremely stupid and naive as the Clippers will certainly win Game 6 in SA afterward close out the series in LA where the spurs were super lucky enough to steal Game 2 & 5 by Griffin and Jordan's rarely turnovers

The Clippers are the better team and when you play against a team like them you can't rely on "Miracle" to be happened too often , the spurs are old, very old man.

The game will be a close call but some on this forum should wash their foul mouths out with soap and stop pretending to be spurs supporters.

Series is over, Choke Paul giftwrapped too many games away as usual in the playoffs. Even if we somehow win Game 6, we'd just choke Game 7 like the Suns series in '06. OP is a got.

My prediction is that Parker will find his shooting form and Spurs will win this game despite the so called spurs supporters who bag his game. Without him Spurs would not be champions and I am certain Pop believes he is the team's best chance.

john in Texas we have ranches. Not farms. Farms are for gay organic cowboys and sheep ers. Which explains your error. We are more apt to smoke bowls than poles at the ranch. Pole smoking is where a stranger put his in your mouth and you hope he doesn't tell anyone, a practice much more common in California.....where you are. Which again explains your error. You have city hands Mr Cooper...always will. Spurs in 6.

Suck a , we had control late in game 2 and 5 so if anything we were unlucky or blew it then they blew it.

At this point, the close games are coming down to who can out-choke who. Both sides are making ridiculous mistakes like missing wide open 3's, missing free throws, not getting a rebound, unforced turnovers, or offensive goaltending

At least the Clippers have some semblance of an offense during crunch time since Griffin is too tough to guard but they are too busy turning it over or making dumb mistakes when it truly matters. On the other hand, the Spurs are making fluke shots to stay in the game (long 2's at the end of the shot clock) and relying on a 39 year old Tim Duncan to carry the offense and defense the last 5 minutes of the game. Spurs really need to pad the lead early otherwise it will be another ugly showing at crunch time.
