How on earth is Parker still looking fat?

The other day I watched the 2007 le video and was struck by how different Tony looked.

Gone was the two-chinned bloated looking guy who dribbles and bricks, and instead there was a lean, defined, sharp jawed master of the game.

He's been overweight all year. How is this possible? How does he not slim down over the course of the season? How can old man Duncan be dedicated enough to keep his weight down and Parker can't?

What is going on? Will he ever slim down?

A lot of players have trouble maintaining weight during the season, keeping it up. Heck, even Boris gets smaller as the season goes along before he balloons in the off season.

He's a little guy who runs around, why the is he so heavy? Does he have a disease or a thyroid condition?
