So you have a 10 pt lead and the bench players are hot with the clippers yet showing any sign of life. You don't hack then, and furthermore not so early in the game where there are better oppurtunities where icing a player like DJ works better in a close 4th qt than an earlier 2nd.
When we should have hacked a DJ should have came when chris paul and blake griffin were hitting every jumpshot in the 4th. Then we could have stalled the clippers momentum and then tied it and turned on the ice for the whole clipper squad.

Very bad use of hack strategy. Put them back in game since Jordan wasn't so particularly awful.
