Are we talking about the same Holyfield that was known as the dirtiest fighter in his division during his prime? Those head butts were brutal.
Carpet bombs of truth tbh.

You are one serious ing idiot. Floyd has been fighting the same way for 20 years. All of you idiots thought Manny had what it took to beat his style. Floyd made Manny look like a chump and now everyone is pissed. off got and go bump my thread.
you...the Asian fake black man who religiously follows a sexual cartoon...calling anyone a got.
Dang, so the villian is as always the ing the judges. Plus ca change.....
I'm happy he agrees that UFC is the more dynamic organization. The biggest advantage ufc has over boxing is that the org is controlled by less than three people and can dictate terms. UFC is going to have an amazing summer fwiw. There's kind of a lull now.
Anyway, the main plan he has: force judges to reward aggression penalize holding running, seems simple but i don't think it is. Boxing judges are independent. Who is going to force them to change? Fighters? HBO? venues?
what ufc is paying their fighters under the new sponsorship through reebok
ufc is flabby and sick. nothing dynamic about them payouts, doggie.

What can you expect, one fight is basically more valuable than the entire UFC.
Stop moving the goalposts. We are talking about quality of product not cash payouts. There are plenty of ty products that make a lot of money. Just look at the music industry.
MMGay is so "dynamic" that Dana White had to ride on Floyd's coattails to get anyone to pay any attention to his dying "sport."
Or the two-second-long Ronda Rousey "fights" that UFC charges $60 for and suckers actually buy.
And you link an article with the name Evander Holyfield? The guy who headbutted Tyson into rage?
Those figures are not UFC salaries. That is sponsorship money paid by Reebok, as they will now be the sole sponsors of all UFC fighters. They get money from the UFC as well, which can be a lot or a little depending on their popularity.
little. ufc fighters make pennies compared to boxing.
Regardless of the author's history he makes plenty of good points about boxing. No one wants to watch "defense" for 12 rounds. That's why the Spurs/Pistons was one of the lowest rated Finals ever.
I didn't buy that bull . I agree Rousey is an overhyped gimmick by Dana.
Now that's a truth bomb.
"She" is also the only thing MMGay has left
Boxing is a permanent part of the American sporting tradition, MMGay is a fad that has long since peaked and declined.
He's in no place to criticize boxing... he bent the rules and he's criticizing somebody who follows them closely?
Canelo will make more this weekend than any ufc fighter this year![]()
MMA has enough roots in the martial arts disciplines to carry it. Popularity may rise and fall but it will likely remain.
Boxing has two names carrying the whole sport. If it doesn't evolve it will die with them.
WOW no one read the damn article? UFC is just a small part of it. Basically, Holly is saying judges are rewarding boxers for being pussies. And so are you boxing nut huggers. Who gives a about whether UFC treats their fighters right? As an organization they put on about fights about every 1.5 weeks. most of them are decent. Boxing is living is smoke filled rooms at this point. i'd bet there more money in fighting than boxing if you ignore may may's fight.
If you watch every boxing promotion, good for you. But if you are just a May May fun, you. You are not a boxing fan, your a player fan and you aint doing for a noble and historical sport. IF boxing weren't so boring maybe i'd be more deferential and suck may may's . But i aint going to make excuses for a guy who can't expoit a five inch reach advantage against a damn gimpy shoulder ggassed philpino.
I:M A BOXING FAN I DON:T LIKE KNOWCKOUTS GIVE ME DEFFENSE< I LIKE ROPE TAG< I WICH TEHY HAD SOFTER GLOVES>>>>>>OH MONEY!!!!!!
Yeah, let's promote this...
