Not sure if this thread is even serious. Austin Rivers has a hard time even bringing the ball up the court every play without it nearly being stolen LOL.
Sure has. Gotta make that Pop proud. I was fortunate to coach my son when he was your. There isn't a better feeling to see your kid perform well

Have Parker and Rivers switch places, Spurs beat the Clips in six games. Maybe less.
This place should be a shame, it has a lot of arrogance going here, a lot of you were laughing on clippers for no reason, laughing on Austin, on Doc, even on their big three, it was the hybris sin and it get us out of the playoff...
He came up big for them tonight but it doesn't take away from the fact he's still a low IQ basketball player. He still makes stupid mistakes in crucial situations. He can win you a game in a series but he can also cause you to lose a game so it evens out.
This mother er is that snobby, arrogant scrub that has absolutely no idea he's a scrub.![]()
It's so weird, I used to play against some got that looked just like Bosstin Rivers and this guy thought he was amazing but was straight trash as well.
Something about those looks.
He outplayed the Spurs and now hes outplaying the Rockets, not a scrub anymore tbh
There's no REAL pressure on him to perform. It's all on his Dad. He can't get cut. He won't get packaged in any trade. He probably has no fear of getting his minutes cut. All he has to do is play.
I don't think anyone seriously believes he's some great player now or anything, tbh. As much as everyone s on him, though, he did step up and win a playoff game, so he deserves some props for that.
He is 22 would be a senior in colledge
Leonard still makes stupid decisions
Manu still does
Good for him. At least this shows it wasn't a fluke scrub just going off against us per par.
He does deserve props. I bet when they watch tape he will count his blessing those shots went down. He was not exactly interested in distributing the ball. It was pretty amazing and gave CP3 more rest to be sure.
Austin Rivers is a scrub that is having a hot streak at the right time. If ST posters are sucking him off like he's the next star PG or something, they need to take a look at his regular season contribution. If Clippers had Rivers as a staring PG for the whole season, I doubt Clips would even make playoffs. Also, it was cp3's shot that beat the Spurs; not Austin Rivers. So stop crying.
