lol with his logic, Woody would also believe that Trayvon deserved it.
I don't know about "deserved" it, but Zimmerman was certainly within his rights to do what he did, tbh.

Brady won't serve a 6 game suspension. They may suspend him for 6 games or more, but after appeal he'll get that reduced easily. Or he could go nuclear and sue the NFL and Ted Wells, and get the suspension completely overturned.

Read the report. This isn't a court of law... "more probably than not" is the standard needed to punish someone in the NFL. According to the report, they met that standard. Any other questions?

We'll see how that holds up in an actual court when Brady sues the NFL.

If you refuse to cooperate with your employer over a matter like this then you open yourself up to punishment from your employer.

Where Brady ed up was holding a press conference and acting like he didn't know what happened. If he kept his mouth shut or even just said that he personally likes the balls inflated on the lower end of what's allowable people wouldn't care.

Considering that the language they used to phrase their conclusion is literally just legalese for "we have a preponderance of the evidence," I fail to see what the problem would be in court. And they have 243 pages' worth of evidence.

If Brady is really telling the truth, he could have actually cooperated with the investigation and let them look into his emails and text messages. Seems kind of odd that someone who claims to be innocent would rather pull a Hillary Clinton than do everything in his power to clear his name, though.

Considering Ted Wells lied and released completely unrelated text messages from the ball boys, it seems like Brady had good reason to think he wouldn't limit his search to just pertinent texts/emails.
